My sweet corn is just now starting to get ready and I harvested my first few ears tonight. The raccoons harvested their first two ears last night as well. Funny how they know about exactly when it's ready. Was hoping I wouldn't have to put the electric fence up this year but looks like I might have to.
Isn't it amazing how the racoons know exactly when sweet corn is ready?
