Pick a day when the wind is blowing away from the beans and spray. I spray my lawn, pastures, and fencerows with 2-4D and / or Banvel every year and never had a problem. Just watch the wind direction. Killing clover in lawn usually takes 2 applications about 2 weeks apart.
