I would wait til they head out and then cut the heads off before they go to seed. Use an old hand hedge clipper. Economic damage has already been done since they have competed with the beans since their emergence.
Marestail isnt a real yield killer like grass, ragweed or thistle, anyway.
Consider you lost the battle but prevented losing the next battle by preventing lots of seed.
