Beresford, SD | I am sure it is! It is sure lengthening out the time it takes to get alfalfa hay to cure. Chopped most of second cut. Snuck out last night and rolled up 62 bales, was down for 8 days and was barely ready.......Got 2" over night with 70mph straight line winds. Lots of corn blown down. Most will be fine and straighten up but a few fields south of us a few miles look like they have been rolled. BAD DEAL. Today it is HAZY and the air even has a touch of smoke to your nose! | |
