Folicur is the best product for leaf diseases, especially rust.

While it can be applied as a head spray for Fusarium, you have already blown your wad by using the maximum annual rate.

If HRS is already in head, DO NOT try to rescue with a Strobi. Might be able to come back with Caramba or Proline...?

If you know rust will be an issue annually, shoot for a Strobi on the Flag Leaf, then come back with a Triazole at flowering for Scab prevention and to extend the window on leaf diseases...

 

Of course, I'm, 1500 mi away and its your money....    Gosh, insight into how Washington D.C. and Ottawa work...
