Iowa | I've ran a 4700 and now a 4720. To me- the 4720 will spin and go through a lot more mud (part of that is probably more hp. too).
I haven't worked on one. But I would think there has to be spec. for stall pressure. I'd give a sprayer tech a call and see if you or they can put guages on it and see how healthy it is. Might get lucky and be something simple like a relief valve or relief valve adjustment?
