What you are asking for is all available now. Not sure about the cameras but I know the rest is available.
My control box has a cellular antenna on it for remote access.
The dryer master controller has incoming and outgoing grain moisture sensors and it uses some proprietary algorithm to build a picture of how the dryer dries that particular grain and and manages it from there.
Everyone I have talked too says it works great. I'll let you know this winter.
