| We can struggle out here with sulfur deficiency early in our corn. I have heard multiple reasons for this but can't seem to quite fix any of them. We have a field that received 110#s of MES-Z ahead of planter in a band 1" from where we planted in a field that has historically received large amounts of Sulfur and still showed a deficiency until about V4-V5. Ours outgrow them eventually when the roots get deeper and by V8 look a beautiful dark green.
Edited to add this field was dryland corn on corn with a 120 bushel yield goal.
