NCND | Haven't had near the rain as others in USA but we got 1" on June 6th which was perfect. Then last weekend we got 2-3" over 3 days. Lot of water on wheat stubble ground planted to beans. Most these puddles you see are 3-8" deep at most. Probably lost 5-8%. Not complaining just showing how things typically go here.
Beans look ten times better today than they did friday. Were pail and stunted from wet feet. Hope we can hold rain off for a week or so but looks like we will get an inch or so over next two days. These ponds will all grow I'm sure If they don't we can save the perimeters at least.
This is why ND farmers hate WOTUS more than most and why conservation compliance was put in last bill for us too.
