Like others have said it needs time. Urea is not in a plant usable form and conversion to ammonia, while quick, does not really cause green up real quick. If you put down a nitrate based fertilizer then you would see green-up within 2-3 days assuming you had rain to take it in. I had some calcium-nitrate left in bags so we side-dressed a half acre in the "WET" section as it looked a little anemic. Three days later and it is turning dark green.
