YES THEY WILL -
we had stems maybe a couple inches tall - our uncle told us it would help to cultivate them as soon a possible so we did - dont know whether it helped or not - this was 40 years ago -
BUT - just so you know - we only got 12 bpa when all was said and done that year from those....
