We're happy to report that we recently made an update to our system that will allows us to recover individual users' information if a mistake is made on the account. We are also exploring functionality that would allow users to recover their information themselves, but I hope it helps to know that there's already a solution in place now :) We certainly don't want anyone else to have an experience like you did, and we really appreciate that you took the time to communicate with us about it so that we could develop a solution for you and all of our users!
