Subject: need help identifying cupped/dead beans

ne nebraska
Took these pictures this morning. Need help identifying problem. There was cows grazing on the stalks over winter, but no tordon sprayed on the pasture they came off of. No grass hay fed other than what was grazed off of the pasture, which leads me to think it is not tordon damage. It is pretty spotty in the field, one row may have it, the next will be just fine. In some spots, the seed did not even grow, find a shrivled up seed with seed coating still on it. The beans were treated, but not sure which treatment they got, as these are not my beans. Thanks.
