| It is a good program. They recently upped the amount in the fund in Indiana to $25see million. With $5 corn it does not take that many bushel to add up to big money. The idea is an elevator bankruptcy creates a vaccum. Farmers have no income ....suddenly the fertilizer dealer has no paying customers....small local banks don't get loans repaid....fuel companies go broke cause no one can pay for the fuel they bought....and so on.
