Near-north Ontario, French River | Kevin are u sure the entire cheque goes to LL in a share crop situation?.. That makes no sense.... What if LL doesn't carry insurance?. Looks like we will have +-40 ac that won't get planted... Both untitled swamps, one is rent the other shares. Even if we don't plant we still have expenses related to those farms... Chem fallow or summer tillage to keep weeds down. Why would/should LL get anything? Fwiw the rent will still get paid. |
