Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | I heard there was some test cutting starting around Hays, KS today.
I'm just across the border into Nebraska and I think we are at least a week away. Not very much good wheat. What looks like 40-50 bu. wheat is shriveled bad due to the rust. I don't know what it is going to yield but 25 might be good this year. I've never seen wheat shriveled that bad. I don't think we will be keeping any of it for seed.
