Subject: Stunted Beans with pic

Plains of NW OK
As I have stated before. I am brand new to beans. These beans were planted April 28 after a 2 inch rain. Before they emerged it rained about 4 more inches and in total rained about 16 inches in April and May. They have had about 3 inches this month. I think that the rain caused them to come up from too deep as the furrow closed. Once we finally got over the field we sprayed roundup and dual. Got a pretty good kill. Question is, these beans are almost 2 months old and only 6 inches tall. Is this normal or are they stunted by something. Not sure what they should look like right now.
