Rhubarb sauce recipe from Knotts Berry Farm in So. Calif is the best. Place two inch chunks of rhubarb in saucepan. Add 1/2 as much water as rhubarb. Bring to a boil and turn off heat. Rhubarb will continue to cook. Add sugar to taste but do not over stir. Also add a Tbsp of lemon juice to cut acid. This makes a thinner sauce with tender chunks instead of paste.
