Southeastern Tipton County, Indiana | dmswil - 6/7/2015 11:59 Of course now that I need it after sitting in the corner of the shed for 5 weeks it won't move. Will move in forward but when you put it in reverse it doesn't kick in. On the screen it says it is still in neutral. Unhooked battery and got it to work for one time but then nothing again. Any ideas? Have a mechanic coming in the morning but wanted to use this evening and of course it is supposed to rain here again tonight. Most likely the FNRP switch itself. The switch is moved by a magnet that follows the lever. Depending on serial number there might be an additional ground connection on the new switch that's not on the old one. Proper fix, if that's the case, is to swap the turn signal cancelling harness which has the new ground wire added. Not proper, but cheaper, is to just add a ground wire run to a clean ground source. |
