To answer your last question I do think you'd be happier with Esets simply based on adjustments alone, there aren't any besides the vacuum.  I can run vacuum in a pretty wide range from 14-20 and seem to stay very accurate with very few skips and doubles.  Most of our issues come with row unit bounce.
