We added one to an 8 HP Honda on our RolAir compressor on the service truck. Starter motor, key switch panel and flywheel came as a kit IIRC. it took an hour or two to install, the only sketchy part was cutting the casting out for the starter motor to mount. Not hard really and sure is nice.
Edited to add we ran wire from the truck battery to the Compressor engine.
