Only 9812. The 12 row CFS was introduced the same year as the 9000 series.
You would have to take the entire hydraulic system off a 9812 including the pump and that would likely work. I believe it would be the pump and one main valve block. The small valve blocks for your meter fans would be the same if I remember right.
