Subject: RE: Hydraulic Sprayer Pump Flow Control on a 4640

Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

Now, my "needle valve"(separate unit) for the JD 7200 vacuum planter is mounted AFTER this black handle tee valve(separate unit with hyd. hose attached; not shown in previous photo(The planter's needle valve also has an orifice plate, inside of it) Basically, when planting, the black handle valve is just and ON/OFF valve, for us.

For the sprayer, this black handle valve, shown on photo, works fine as a flow control for my sprayer's hydraulic pump.(Hydraulic hoses goes directly to sprayer pump motor) It flows plenty for my needs, on sprayer.
