Thinking we found the problem, we hope, found some maple tree key or seed in the venture, looked everything over, cleaned out the traps and hope we got it, thanks for all the replies, Have a real love hate relationship with this drill, love it when its working good and when it gives you grief well you know the story, thanks all.
