Southwest Missouri | We are selling last year's calf crop along with a few culls. Perhaps 40 animals.
I have the option of hauling them to the small local sale barn anytime I want. The sale is Monday night.
From past posts, it seems that it would be best to haul them on Friday or Saturday. I can take a couple big bales of good hay for them to eat.
Would this be the best way? I have hauled them the day of sale. It seems like they lost a lot of weight, but they sold high per pound compared to other cattle there. | |
