southern MN | I should say I have far surpassed my actual knowledge with my guesses, but I'm happy to see I might have been fairly close at the basics of what you have there.
Would be nice to see the white label text on that far left wire, that plug looks fatter than need be and I wonder if it has special circuits in it.....
As well the power added 3 way deal, what it is exactly for power flow direction.
