Well, as I have been trying to answer this question I have seen several instances on several charts where under my current understanding, if I had seen them in real time, I would have thought, "that is now structural" and I can see looking back that they were never structural. This completely alters my thought process and even though my hedge was beneficial to me financially, I have just exited the hedge because I feel it was luck rather than understanding.
