Virginia | We have been helping clear nearly 60 acres of 30 year old loblolly pines for farm land. After the stumps were removed we let our immigrant workers that come up to help with the tobacco go out there and pick up the big stuff laying on top. After that we ran through it very lightly with a disk to bury the smaller stuff on top and keep the other roots still under the ground. So far it has been a long process, but it is starting to shape up into nice farm land. Just needs about 3 tons of lime to the acre! | |
