My Reelcraft gets used daily. It works like new and latches easily. The flexilla we have is about a third the price, and while the hose is nice, the reel itself is junk.

I have several Reelcraft and Flexzilla reels in my shop. I have a few of the premium quality RC ones and there lower (plastic) quality ones.
The RC ones are daily users and work great.
The closed up design of the Flexzilla reels are COMPLETE junk!!!
