Subject: Office 365--What Am I Missing?

Lancaster, OH

I can't seem to get it--Office 365 is free but I have to have wifi or cell service to access it. Is that right? If so, why have a tablet or laptop to use anywhere but in an office?

I do like the idea of no updates.
