In a van, down by the river... | What will all the panhandlers do? Will the EU assign credit/debit swipers to them?? There's a LOT of panhandlers over there. Passing the plate around at church will be more like passing around the credit card machine? Has anyone even considered what will happen to the tooth fairy? All those fountains and wishing wells littered with ATM cards?? It will be heck on earth...
