Southern Illinois | My now husband proposed to me on his deck at his house on a summer night. He had a fire pit lit with mason jars filled with candles that were lit and hung all over the deck. He also had white Christmas lights hung all around the deck. Not to go all girl on you, but it truly looked like a fairytale. Then he gave me 10 pink roses with each rose saying why he loved me.
