Couple things;
1. TV only allows access to one device at a time. It used to be multiple, but I suppose they felt it was being abused. The device you are using may not be connected and data may not be refreshing.
2. I've had to switch time frames from D to W, back to D to get it to refresh.
TV quality has declined from what it used to be, imo. I think they keep monkeying with it too much.
