If you are a country that is 90% dependent on Oil Revenue and that Revenue is needed to buy a social infrastructure to placate your citizens from joining ISIS and a huge expensive military that is strong enough to defend outside threats such as Iran and other Islamic extremists OR the alternative is that you go without and potentially lose control of the country, is that a Cost of Production? | |
