Broke mine 50 years ago while in the Army. The didn't try to set it and put a cast over both shoulders and around my chest. Now has a big lump where the bones were mismatched and healed that way. Got transferred while the cast was still on and the Dr at the new post said he couldn't remove the cast because he didn't put it on. Finally got him to call the Dr that put it on and get his permission to remove it.  More Government medicine.
