| My wife Jeanine makes the best strawberry pie-- I told her your dilemma -here she is
Strawberry Pie: 1 1/2 cups water, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cornstarch. Boil this mixture until thick. Add to hot mixture 1 large box of Wild Strawberry Jello stir until dissolved. Cut up 4 cups of Strawberries and add to mixture when it is cool and before it sets. Pour into a baked pie crust and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip. Enjoy. | |
