Here is what I got back from Nate.

While row bounce can never be dropped we to manage it with the air bags. I am running a higher margin of down force to carry the planter over the rougher areas. This also is what tells me if 10 mph is too fast and rough.

Long answer to short question. I do not know psi but at 160-180 lbs of margin the row down force is 300-350 lbs. Which is on the upper limits of an airbag system.
