I don't have a overhead crane.  Have slung cabs off the red iron. Now have a forklift & telehandlers.

Thinking a A frame would be "reasonable" & not be in the way when not needed as it could go outside.

For what a overhead costs & loosing the height inside the shop, a telehandler might be about the same money.
