Orchardgrass, perennial ryegrass, brome, fescue and maybe a little timothy? My local seed dealer has pre-blended varieties that will hold soil and make good hay. Might be a little slow to come on, though. You need to be patient and wait until you can't stand what it looks like before you go and cut it the first time.
