If replacing the brake pads ALWAYS turn the rotors, cheap rotors are just that. They are mad in china, have less vents and not as good of quality. se Wagner Thermo quiet brakes and you won't get brake dust, You don't need ceramic pads. Make sure to clean the caliper slides and where the pads slide, clean rust under the shims, then use brake grease.
