with that same spray combo, I would like to see the fultime get incorporated, but if not you may want to spray after the planter. if you move the fultime with your row cleaners, you could have weeds sprout in furrow (been there, done that).
so the question above about how agressive row cleaners and openers are on said planter was very valid. with very little soil disturbance, i would follow the planter.
