| Do not feed pork products to a dog if you can help it. I know most people's dogs are not susceptible, but there may come a time when even they come down with pancreatitis, and it's life threatening to a dog. caused by excessive intake of fat, and pork fat is the worst for this. Just advice from my vet (after my dog got sick from it). He's on low fat food now for the rest of his life. | |
