Down another pound for the week (at 156.5 now). Ran a 22:43 5K on Saturday (3rd in my age group and 19th out of 220 overall) and for once was passing people at the end instead of fading (running the hills up at the lake are helping my endurance and being lighter isn't hurting either). Got 6.5 miles in this morning now off to the creek to see if the small mouth are biting!
