...died yesterday in Japan. As far as the people at Guiness Book are concerned, she was the last person alive who was born in the 1800's. Her husband died in 1931, 20 she's been widowed almost 84 years! I wonder how old the last person born in the 1900's will be, given how much we've improved health care and medicine in the last century.
