SW Minnesota | Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but about a month ago I was looking thru an online list of PVP varieties of small grain seed. Just out of curiosity I also looked for cereal rye varieties. There was not one variety on that list. Does that mean any varieties of cereal rye out there are all "public domain", not subject to the PVP rules, and you can save or sell any amount for seed? Just curious........ | |
