I don't know if this is helpful to you or not, but I would highly recommend a GE Advantuim. We are on our second one and it is the slickest thing going. My wife who is a better cook than I loves it. We have a 240V model---I think they also make 115V models. Your wife will love it. It microwaves, convection bakes, broils, toasts, proofs bread, and speed cooks (cooks with a combination of light and microwave).

We cooked a 4 lb whole chicken yesterday in a 1/2 hour. A frozen pizza is ready in 10 minutes.

Any authorized GE dealer will be able to order one for you. They may or may not have one on display for you to look at. A high end appliance store may have one on display. My wife got ours from Sears when they went on sale.
