I'm in iowa, but watching you guys and reading about this on agtalk. Is the buffer strip idea a "done deal" or is it just " proposed legislation" at this point?? Is there any type of state tax credit involved as compensation?? do current, nrcs/usda paid buffer strips along drainage ditches or cricks qualify??thanks
