I called them a year ago and asked if there was anything they could do to lower my bill as I'd been a loyal customer for 10 years. NOTHING! When I call them to cancel I'm sure they will off to lower my bill and I'll tell it to them this way: "A year ago I called and asked if there was anything you could do. I would have been happy with a $20 reduction at that time. You didn't do that so now I'm reducing my payment to you by $130/month." I know people successfully reduce their bills by threatening to change providers but I'm beyond that point. |
