Subject: GPS Signal Near Naval/Air Force bases

I have a Challenger MT765C Running Trimble Autopilot with an FMX display, also running True Tracker on my planter. Using RTK correction from my own base station.
The tractor is working in California Mojave area, near An Air Force Base and several Aerospace test facilities.
problem im having is I randomly loose GPS signal both on the planter and the tractor.
my CMR from my base is always at 100% but both tractor and planter show ZERO satellites.
I tried changing ag gps 25 antennas, cables, radio antenna, even the FMX with No Luck.
I even got a GLONASS unlock from Trimble, and the issue is the exact same.
I have read several posts and some people say that after they unlocked thier display for glonass they started seeing more Sats, is this true??
Anyone else have this issue?
What has been the fix? If any.
My only thought is the Air Force has some kind of Satellite jamming device????
Thanks
