The big ole drop in the euro makes me think its someone in the U.S. Imho that makes Dow, DuPont and Monsanto more likely than Bayer or basf. The Dow thing makes alot of sense.

Dupont is broke. Monsanto already made waves with it a year ago, would have heard something by now. Bayer maybe but likely not. BASF, nah, they got a honey pot of things and hold patents on all kinds of stuff with low overhead.
only other thing is if Syngenta is financially strong enough to pull off BUYING PIONEER. Not sure they gain much from Duponts ag chem division. Not sure buying the Pioneer division makes sense either, but they are desperate |
